High quality,
Customized bodywork

Sessions start with a conversation

Every session begins with a look at how you stand and move. From there the work draws on whichever techniques the body in front of me calls for: deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, cupping, hot stones. Nothing is held back for an upcharge.

You leave knowing what was found, what was done about it, and what to keep doing between visits.

Massage therapy centered around you

I’m a retired Marine who served more than 20 years on active duty, much of it overseas and near San Diego, before retiring in Seattle. Since retiring in 2012, I’ve lived mainly in the Virgin Islands and Florida, always staying close to the ocean.

After more than a decade in sales, I discovered massage and found it to be the most rewarding skill I’ve learned. It gives me the opportunity to serve others in a meaningful and direct way.

In my spare time, I enjoy my guitar collection, chasing tone, and making music in my dream home studio. My wife and I also enjoy family, SCUBA, Dragon Boat racing, the beach, movies, and great food.

I look forward to your booking and hope to see you soon. If you had to wait, thank you for your patience.

What clients say

Craig at Time Well Spent is a wonderful massage therapist. Not only is he extremely professional but he also takes the time to understand what my body needs at each appointment and ensures that he focuses on those areas.

His massages are never "cookie cutter" like I have experienced in other places. I have been with him for about a year and a half now and have no plans on going to anyone else!!

Laurie C.

I've been seeing Craig now for a year and keep coming back. He is amazing. Very professional.

He takes his time to listen to what is bothering you and pays attention to your body's response to pressure. I will definitely continue to recommend him to people!

Amanda S.

I highly recommend Craig as a massage therapist. He is caring and listens to find out how he can best help his client, working on body parts where you have pain or need some work.

I leave his office feeling good after getting a top notch massage. He's fabulous, best massages I've ever had!!

Debbie A.

Craig was very professional and genuinely seemed to want the experience to be what was necessary to provide relief. He specifically asked which areas needed extra attention.

The massage room was warm and relaxing. I will definitely be returning.

Lisha M.

Best massage ever! Craig is very passionate and professional.

I always feel 100% better after I leave. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Patricia

Craig is amazing. He located the source of my pain within mins of being hands on.

Sessions are available in 60 minute and 90 minute lengths. Sixty minutes is enough to treat one region thoroughly, for example the neck, shoulders and upper back. Ninety minutes covers the full body with extra time in the areas that need it.

No. Most clients describe the problem rather than the modality, and the session is built from there. If you arrive asking for help with a shoulder that will not rotate, the session will use whichever techniques suit that shoulder.

Swedish massage uses long flowing strokes at an even, moderate pressure to improve circulation and calm the nervous system. Deep tissue massage uses slower, more specific pressure directed into the deeper muscle layers to release long standing tension and treat chronic pain.

Deep tissue work should feel like productive pressure that you can breathe through, not pain you have to brace against. Pressure is set with you and adjusted throughout the session. Some tenderness for a day afterward is normal.

Pricing is set by session length, 60 or 90 minutes, and every technique the session calls for is included at no additional cost. New clients receive 10 percent off their first massage.
