Pressure that is actually deep
Clients who have given up on deep tissue elsewhere are the most common new booking. The difference is pace, not force.

Experience Deep Relaxation with Our Swedish Massage Therapy
Long strokes,
even pace,
a body that stands down.

Swedish massage is the classical foundation: effleurage, petrissage and gentle friction at a steady rhythm. It warms the tissue, moves blood and lymph, and shifts the nervous system out of the alert state most of us live in all week.
Choose it when nothing is acutely injured and what you need is rest. Add aromatherapy and the room does half the work before hands ever touch the table.
Every technique below is part of the session price. Which ones get used depends on what the intake and the tissue tell me.
Steady, predictable rhythm that lowers heart rate and breathing, so the body can drop its guard.
Moderate pressure held consistent throughout, with no sudden depth changes to pull you back to alert.
Essential oil blends chosen with you at intake, included in the session at no extra charge.
Strokes directed toward the heart to support venous return, useful for swelling, cold hands and long flights.
A 60 minute Swedish session covers the full body at an unhurried pace. Ninety minutes leaves room for the scalp, hands and feet, which is where most people notice the difference.
Book a sessionCalling is fastest, and you will reach the therapist rather than a front desk. If you would rather write, use the form and include the area you want worked on.
